Yankel Rosenthal's lawyers : 'The evidence will show that he is innocent' 

In a statement issued by the law firm Moskowitz, legal guardians of Yankel Rosenthal, reported on the presentation today of the employer to court in Miami.

The textual statement says: 'Today Yankel Rosenthal appeared in the federal district court in Miami and requested that he be transferred as soon as possible to New York so that he can confront the charges now pending against him there in the district court. The charges against Mr. Rosenthal are baseless and without merit, and he is confident that the evidence which will be presented in court will demonstrate his innocence'.
